If you notice, I usually quote things from here and there all the time whether it’s in my everyday speech or blog post. Yeah, I’m quite geeky. Therefore, I’m going to share with you all my top five favorite books of all time. I hope you find this interesting. ❤ Once again, I’m sorry I have a horrible photography skill which is nonexistent. Oh and I’m a sucker for Young Adult aka YA romance novel so you will see a collection of it here. 😉
As you can see how old and destroyed this bad boy is, yes I still love this book. The story revolves around a girl named Cath who is a college student and is into fanfiction. In her free time, she writes fanfiction about a character called Simon Snow from a book she adores. Until she meets Levi who is her roommate (Regan) ‘s friend. Although Cath is unsure if Levi is dating Regan or not.
2. Girl Online
I cannot tell you how much I love this book. I freaking love this novel to death. Yes, I love Zoe. She’s an amazing YouTuber. I really enjoy watching her video and not to mention Joe Sugg who is her great looking brother. Okay, I’ll stop here before I write an entire blog about how much I fancy Joseph. But no, I’m not being biased. Penny Porter is a teenage girl who suffers from a panic attack because of her traumatizing experience from the past. She is a blogger in Brighton beside being a student. Little did she know, her life is flipped upside down and it only goes out of hand. However, when her mom received a wedding work in New York, she meets Noah who pretends to be a musician for the wedding event. Leaving her problems back at home behind, Noah also has his own very secret.
It doesn’t end there just yet. 😀
It’s a three series novel! Woohoo!
Out of the three, which one I like best?
Can’t be compared!
I actually shed a few tears and that never happened before. My first time getting so emotional over a book?!
3. Eleanor & Park
If you don’t mind all the cursing, you’ll also enjoy this story as well. It’s an old-school kind of romance revolves around the two main characters which are obviously Eleanor and Park. I meant it’s self-explanatory as you can see from the title and the cover of the book. It’s a really cute romance I must say. Eleanor is quite a big girl for her age (She is 16 years old.) with curly red hair and Park is an Asian boy who loves his walkman. They met on a school bus and connect via comic books and mixtape. But, it gets complicated. What I love about this book is how the story is written. It displays from each main characters point of view instead of the generic written novel.
4. How to say I love you out loud
This is my recent favorite. I kind put off on this book because of my final exam and everything. But oh boy, I’m so glad I picked it up and I flew through this baby! The story follows Jordyn who is a really weak girl in my opinion. I understand that she doesn’t enjoy spotlight and attention because that’s me. She fancies her best friend Alex which she later found out he’s dating her team captain. Her life only goes downhill since then when her brother who has autism attended her elite school. It really demonstrates the reality so well and I learned good things from it.
5. A Work in Progress
There is nothing to say about this adorable baby of mine. I love Connor Franta. (Not as much as Joseph hahaha) He is an amazing human being. His sarcasm and the way he sees the world, I relate so much. Additionally, this books is his autobiography. It basically talks about his life journey and what he has learned. I don’t know how to describe this. You must go and watch his videos on YouTube and you’ll see what kind of a wonderful person he is. Plus, his book is aesthetic just like him. Marvelous!
Does anyone buy a book in the heat of the moment and regret later? I do. I don’t understand why it’s necessary to purchase this because now it’s just sitting in my shelf and collecting dust. Guess what? It costs around $20 and I only wanted to see the secret (which is nothing secret) about Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno as I shipped them too hard back then. *Applause* Nowadays, I scream when a book costs over $15. Can I get free books, please? *Cries*
Anyway, I hope I did an okay work trying to describe what the book is about without spoiling. Let’s be honest, I suck at summarizing. And, terrible photos. I’ll disappear and won’t write anything with photos anymore.
